Shopping for and buying a manufactured home, and purchasing or leasing the land that goes with it, can be a very daunting process, especially for first-time buyers (which my wife and I certainly were). There are many decisions to be made, everything from checking out dealerships, to selecting a home and options and negotiating a sales price, to finding reputable lenders with the best loan packages and working with contractors and sub-contractors.
If you would like some personal assistance, I’m here to help. With years of experience dealing with the manufactured home industry, and with a trusted network of experts and professionals I can call on, I can help guide you through the process, providing the no-nonsense advice and clear honest answers you need to help ensure a successful outcome at a significant savings in time, frustration and worry.
In short, I’ll be your personal consultant. The fee: $60 per hour.

Here’s how it works:
- Order one, two or three hours of my time—your choice. I’ll put you on the clock each time I consult with you. You choose how best to spend your time, either a few minutes at a time as needed, or we can block out much longer blocks of time if you wish.
- I’ll contact you to learn about your needs and to set up a consultation schedule that works best for you. Should you desire a review and consultation of documents such as purchase contracts or construction bids, we’ll arrange for you to provide them by fax, email or mail.
- I will do my best to be available to you during crucial periods of the process to ensure you have access to my input and recommendations in a prompt, timely manner.
- Once you have purchased assistance, you may take advantage of my services at any time for up to 12 months.
